Should I bite the bullet and get a 750w PSU right now, or should I go with a cheap 500w and upgrade later? The 500w will handle the system I'm planning on building for now, and I'm not sure when I'll be upgrading to a second 4850. Should I save myself $55 now and invest in a 750w when I want to upgrade later? I'm really strapped for cash right now and I'm stressing over ways I can ease the hurt on my wallet. Thanks for all your help!

you won't need an extra 250W for a second 4850 so I'd look at a 600-650W which should be enough for a second GPU plus a few other bits like a second hard drive or whatever you bight one day need.

+1 for the Corsair. The Corsair power supplies consistently earn high marks in technical reviews and comparisons. A lot of the veteran posters here recommend them. The Corsairs are rock steady and very stable.
