Question to-link wireless nano usb adapter not showing my wifi

The wifi used to work a few days ago until I turned off my wifi from router and and then back on and ever since then it doesn’t show my wifi and shows my neighbours. the green light to show that it’s in is also on. how do i fix.

i have already uninstalled it and installed
the drivers are already up to date
i have reset my wifi and turned it off and on
i’ve taken it out of my pc and put it back in.

What was the original reason for turning off the router's wifi?

Did you just power off the router, change the wireless configuration settings, or do an actual factory reset?

Are you getting any prompts or Windows asking for the name and password of the wireless network you wish to join?

Make and model router?

Are you sure that only the wireless adapter is enabled on your pc? Only one adapter either wired or wireless should be enabled.

On your pc are you able to run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt? If so, post the results.

I forgot i posted this. I actually solved the problem earlier by changing the wifi channel
