To small PSU?

Hi

I have order this system

Core2 Quad Processor Q9550 2,830 GHz
Evga 9800 GTX +
Kingstom 4G DDR2 1066
WD HDD 750 Gb
Asus P5N-T-Deluxe

the guy from the shop had offer me this power source Allied 400W ALLIED-400W-SE and he sad that its enough should i believe him or not? please help me whit this issue before i'l buy this power source.He sad that the other PSU like 500-600W are just marketing values and this is real 400W and should work fine.

this are the details of the PSU
Real 400W - V2.2 PSU; Passive PFC ; 20+4 pin connector; S-ata connector; PCI-Express 6pin connector; 12 cm silent FAN

Short answer NO! That Allied POS will most likley die as soon as you power on, and take something else out with it. Get a good name brand 500W or better powersupply. Antec, Zalman, PC P&C, OCZ, Corsair, Enermax, or Silverstone. BTW that 400W Allied PSU is most likley only pushing 350W (if you are lucky)
