To upgrade my RAM

HP COMPAQ 8200 ELITE MT PC

I just bought which was suggested by a website for the PC and it’s not working

The ram which I bought it’s 8GB PC3L 12800


Could you please guide me so that I can buy a suitable RAM and upgrade my PC

I would not recommend buying the RAM listed above.

That's low-voltage RAM (denoted by the letter 'L' after PC3), whereas the preinstalled RAM (PC3) is not low-voltage.
May explain why the RAM you bought (PC3L) does not work.
