To upgrade, or not to upgrade, that is the question.

Hello guys, I'll ask you for your opinion. I have this 2011's PC that I've bought for BF3, and upgraded the GPU for BF4/Rome II.

I live in Argentina, I have a part-time job while I study medicine so gaming is not a TOP PRIORITY ISSUE and money is somewhat scarse, but, I could save up to u$d 500-2000 by the end of the year.

I game in a single monitor on 1920x1080 and I really don't know if there's a difference or it's better to game on a bigger one.

I would like to play Tom Clancy's The Division and Total War: Attila on Max settings, at 60+fps, I know for sure that I'm not going to be able with my current setup, which is this one:

Case: Lancool Case PC-K62 DarkIce Series RED
MOBO: ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1)
PS: XFX Core Edition PRO850W
CPU: i5-2500K @ 4.5GHz (w/ CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo)
GPU: ZOTAC GTX770 AMP! Edition 2GB DDR5
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO SSD 250GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Should I upgrade? If yes, how, when, wich things first, in which order?
Should I just wait for 5000/6000 i5's and DirectX 12.1 GPUs and not even touch my Setup ?

What would be your advice?

Thanks a lot in advance!

What do you mean then; The only thing that needs upgrading is the GPU? Or the first? Keeping in mind my objectives

Thanks!
