To which (budget) CPU to upgrade with FM2+ socket?

Currently i have :

AMD X4 860K
AMD Radeon RX460 4GB XFX
8GB Crucial
1TB Seagate

Running on : Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Im in need for new (budget) CPU... So which would be the best for upgrade?
Also I am accepting which components to change.

The only FM2+ options faster than what you have is the 870k and 880K and neither of them is enough of a boost to justify the cost of the upgrade. For a true upgrade you'd need to upgrade to a new platform and for that you'd need a motherboard and ram(ddr4). What is your upgrade budget?

I'd keep saving. Even upgrading to a ryzen 3 would cost over $200. ~$100 for the cpu, $70 for a b350 motherboard and antother $100 for 8Gb of DDR4(thanks to prices due the ram shortage).

There is no budget CPU upgrade for your motherboard. The only significant upgrade will be RAM, a motherboard, a CPU and a fresh OS install.

What about just pushing the system.... maybe buying CoolerMaster 212 Evo.... Putting on new thermal paste... And fresh OS?
