Question Toddler took my camera when i was not paying attention, now its insanely blurry plz help.

What make/model camera is it?

Without having any usable information other than "camera blur", then I'd say the toddler have probably just touched the lens, which you should be able to clean. You should be able to do that with some soft tissue and then using eye glass cleaner for the rest.

Or on my camera, flipping one lever from Auto focus to Manual focus.

A little late but the diopter may have been moved/adjusted

Although that would only impact the viewfinder. If the JPG is blurry, it is not that.
