Toggle walk on games after installing Windows 10

I recently bought a new laptop and opened it last night with Windows 7 running. I downloaded Overwatch and played last night, and I installed Windows 10 this morning. However, now when I play overwatch, for some reason I am always toggled running. If i hold it down it stops, but this was not an issue in Windows 7.

The laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad E560.

Reinstall overwatch or do a clean install of windows 10.
