Hey everyone. I have been playing Tom Clancy The Division on my Asus Rog Swift 144hz 1ms G-sync monitor with my 2 SLI 980ti Seahawks oc'ed at 1543 boost clock each card stable and 4.8 ghz on my intel i7 4790k. I got to say I have never seen a weirder game in terms of performance. I am turning on every option at max ultra detail on and I am getting 100-150 fps in 2k resolution. Only issue is... fps dips. So I noticed that the cards sometimes.. are at 99% use both of them and fps will drop to 20-30 fps .. at the same time the CPU is at 100% use as well constantly.. after looking in the ground in the game and looking back up the fps suddenly recovers and goes back to its high 70-80-90-100+ 120-130 -150 " depending on which area in the game you;'re in and how intensive you're gaming) I noticed the more players are around you and you are intensifying gameplay the more fps dips you get. Could this be a potential bottleneck? The cards don't seem much stressed as on average when pulling high fps they don't go past 60-70% usage both cards.. I am thinking either game is glitched or something is causing my 4790k processor at 4.8ghz to just be overloaded at 100%?... Anyone has any higher knowledge on how these things work to recommend me new options.. or to change something in CPU settings, nvidia settings?... I am using INtel tuning utility to overclock and MSI afterburner for my GPU's my CPU temperatures are always under 60"Celsius at full oc 1.275 voltage. Also my temps onmy card never go over 60" celsius fully overclocked. Should I turn off SLI? Should I turn off GPU cuda cores? Should I assing PHysX to a specific card? Let me know any tips or anything you guys know.

Funny because Nvidia keeps bragging how they have GameReady SLI drivers for it , LOL. I have the G-sync, so I didn't experience any kind of flickering or tearing of artifacts its perfectly smooth.. but the sudden FPS drops are just.. excuse my language fucking retarded.. its beyond annoying when you press an AIM/ shoot game.. that the fps drops and you die because of that... Also Today at home this is what I tested. I Put the game in windowed mode then I put it back in full screen and it fixed the usage issue. Now my processor is usually at 65% usage and my cards at 70% usage both and I get a decent 95-120 fps solid. However.. when the dip in FPS occurs I saw something strange.. the CPU usage drops at 35-40% and gpu usage at 30-35%... its as if .. when the game would need more power instead it undermines itself and draws a LOT less thus those nasty dips.. in fps. Any idea?

Haha i have gsync to my game is smooth but omg it was unplayable with enemies disappearing and reappering and roads flashing like im in a night club.
