Tom Clancy's Ghost recon Wildlands GPU usage 0%

I'm using Asus ROG GL552VW
i7 6700HQ @2.60Ghz | 8 GB RAM | GTX 960M

I'm getting 11-15 FPS in lowest settings and unplayable at high or above. Benchmarks shows GPU usage and temperature at 0%. How to solve?

Only use the graphics drivers from the laptop website,these are the only ones that can handle both the igpu and the discrete one,and uses the correct one when gaming.
Now you updated one or both of the drivers so now it runs games on the integrated gpu inside the CPU.
