Yes, download Tomb Ripper. This program will play .wad files from TR3. I
wish I could remember just where I got my copy from, but you should find it
doing a search on the net. The info file enclosed with the program will
explain how to use Tomb Ripper.

There is a program CDAudio.wad Player by Turbo Pascal. With it you can not
only play or rip you can also convert it to ogg files which are smaller in
case you want to store them on your pc. You can find here:
