What's with these articles that just link to another article?

Doesn't work........meaning when I tried to do a system restore from a botch install of dual boot of Win7 with Linux Mint I was not able to restore to a previous state before Linux Mint install.

Why wouldn't you just use your windows installation disc? I would hope no one on this site is really dumb enough to buy a computer without an installation disc.
