Tom's Guide on laptop

This thing called Tom's Guide opens a small window and gives me deals from places. How do I get rid of this thing. I want it gone.

I have scanned with Malware Bytes, adwcleaner, Glary Utilities and Windows Defender but thank you. I have disabled the Tom's Hardware addon for Google Chrome so hoping that will help. Can't say yet.
