Discussion TOM's guide website, and Forum !

Hello,

Are both Tom's Hardware and TOM's guide websites related to each other ? What's the difference between them, if any. Just curious. Also, can we use this Forum Account's login credentials over at the TOM's guide forum as well, or we need to create a NEW ACCOUNT ?

TH and TG are sister sites, part of the overall Tom's family. TG focuses more on tech/gadgets. TH focuses more on computers. There is some content overlap (laptops for example).

I believe your credentials will work on TG.

Okay. Thanks for the replies. That indeed makes sense. Oh BTW, nope, my LOG-in credentials are not working.

I tried to log-in several times, it just gives an error, "The requested user 'insert email@address"' could not be found ".

Tomsguide.com is a TV guide site, right?

Quick browse of first page I see what's new on HBO, about upcoming movies, streaming, how to watch sports online and stuff. Except for the name, not much related to tomshardware.com...

As already indicated in an earlier post, Tomsguide focuses on things OTHER than computers (phones, iWatches, etc.). It is most definitely not a TV guide site (at least not as a primary focus)
