Sounds good. I have a pair of EVGA 3090 FTW3 Hybrids in 1 desktop and a MERC 6900XT in another. I haven't really tried "duking it out" between the cards, but have at least noticed that the 6900XT gets a little bit more FPS overall than a single 3090 in gaming... so long as you are not using Ray Tracing.
Regardless, curious to see what you guys end up doing.
