Tom's Signature Options

So since I joined tom's I have had a signature (below). Randomly maybe once a month, the option "apply signature" checkbox seems to reset itself to unchecked and my signature stops appearing. Any ideas?

I've had similar issues from time to time with my signature doing the same thing, as well
