Tom's, What's happened to you?

I've been a loyal devotee of Tom's Hardware since before AMD won the race to 1 GHz (and wasn't that something!). You guys have always been the first and best source of accurate, unbiased tech news. But, now it takes forever to get a new in-depth article from you guys, and you are usually not the first source of new news anymore. What's happened? You guys are first-rate. Are you simply short staffed?; because I could forgive that. But please don't tell me that you have lost your passion for the job. Because you guys are not only the best but the LUCKIEST people in the world to be able to do what you do! Your loyal fans miss you. Come back to us.

Hi Lone--I'm in charge of editorial here, so I can't comment for the news folks, but I wanted to assure you that we're hard at work making sure we have launch coverage of all relevant processor, graphics, platform, and storage releases, in addition to more investigative pieces that you won't find anywhere else. I'm hoping you've noticed a change for the better in the past six months. Of course, if you have any suggestions, we're all ears!

Thanks for the personal reply. Sorry to have been critical. You are right; Tom's has done nothing but improve over time. The lack of relevant article material is due more to the times than to a lack of enthusiasm on your part, I see now. I am just out of work, injured (and in need of a life, I guess). Keep up the great work, man.
