Why is tom's hardware not secure? (Https) Specifically when I want to change my password the web page isn't secure.

That is a great question. HTTPS is in the cards for deployment in the immediate future. We're very aware of how important cyber-security is, in fact we just finished a massive sign on migration to a new authentication platform to bolster these very efforts for security. This wasn't just any migration, but a massive move of over 2 million accounts!

Once we have completed all necessary maintenance for this migration we will swiftly implement HTTPS across the entire Tom's Hardware site and Forums.
