Ok so im going to ty and divide up all my problems one-by-one to help everyone get a better understanding of them. Here is my computer specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-Bit)
Hp G71-340US Notebook
1. Cant Boot: Just today, I tried to boot my computer up and it just wont. It gets stuck on the "windows" screen and wont go any farther, forcing me to do a hard restart. I cant boot it in safe mode, regular, last known good configuation, or any variation of that. It just sits dead on a black screen. I try "Launch startup repair" but it either gets stuck on a black screen, or comes up with this BSOD: "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" after it sits for a few mintes. When I try to boot in safe mode it comes up with another BSOD that says: "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO". All of this started when I ran a virus scan all night last night.
2. Random BSOD's: Before when my computer actually worked, it would randomly BSOD and shut down after being on for a little while. It said something like "KERNEL_INPAGE_ERROR"
3. Random feezing: Also when my computer actually worked I would be using my programs like normal and suddenly everything would just "lock up". I couldnt open the task manager, which forced me to do another hard restart.
4. Smart Hard Disk Error: Ive had his problem for a while now. When I boot up my laptop it comes up with that error. Ive tried to run the dignosis multiple times but the quick check comes up with a "(303)" error and stops at 11%. Then it switches to full scan, it checks to 11%, says "Complete" and my computer locks up and does nothing. Forcing yet ANOTHER hard restart.
5. Windows Validation Failed: This one just happened a few days ago for absolutely no reason. I simply started my laptop up and it pulled that message up. I did nothing the day before and I feel like this is what did in my whole system because it would always boot up before it.
6. No Windows 7 disc: My laptop came factory with Windows 7 pre-installed so I have no disc. I wish I did cause maybe windows just needs to be re-installed.
So I think thats all of my problems. I dont have the slightest idea of what to do now since it wont boot up. I would kinda just like to get all of my files back. I heard there is this cable or something you can get where you connect it to the harddrive, then connect it to another computer and save the files. Is there anyway I can do that with a laptop? Or is there another solution where I can get on long enough to transfer my files?
