Too high finger pressure on screen?

Hi guys!
I've got Huawei P9. Few days later my dad hitted screen a little harder even no I know that it was nothing. I didn't like that so I searched in google that when there are dead pixels in lcd it needs massage so I was stupid and did like real massage with a little pressure (not just touching but a little harder when can feel glass fully with finger) even there wasn't any dead pixels.
Please guys I'm so sad and worried that it's no more perfect, because I know that touch screen is sensitive and it needs only touching not adding pressure on it and that doesn't means that I don't see anything, it is ok, I mean also like unnoticable damage like sensitivity or pixel issues .
Please guys I just can't worry about! :'(
I will wait for answer! :)

if there is no obvious damage like dead pixels or other artifacts then there is very little to know about. the glass over the lcd screen is very strong and can handle some hits without damaging the lcd underneath.

nothing to worry about unless you start seeing screen issues you are already looking for. otherwise sleep well knowing the phone is ok :) we've all dropped our phones a number of times and they come out fine, tapping too hard is not as hard as that so i'd not even give it a second thought.

Really thank you man for answer that makes me feel better! :)
I'm new to this site so there could be mistake with properly added answer. :)
Sorry for that I'm answering late, because I can't be all time in PC and probably I will can answer only tomorow (GMT +2).
What I meant is that massage was like sliding with finger above screen with slightly pressure, because I thought it could move pixels properly (stupid). That's what I'm worried about.
Again thank you so much for answer! :)

no problem at all. that's why we are here :)

a little extra pressure won't hurt things at all. the screen is behind the glass. and as long as they glass is not broken or seriously compromised, then it should be fine. now obviously i'd not try to see just how much it can take, but even a bunch of tapping over and over won't hurt it. think of those tap based games where you get money for tapping like crazy for as long as you can. few million taps like that won't wear it out, so a couple of stronger hits should be good as well.

Thank you again for answer!
I'm sorry but you didn't understood right. I wasn't tapping I was held my finger on screen while sliding above screen with rotating movements and hard added pressure and this can do stain for lcd and discoloration. So has this could be done that screen is no more perfect (maybe a little touchscreen sensitivity or color or pixel issues even UNNOTICABLE). I would really appreciate truth about this because it is really important for me. :)

as far as i know, any damage to the screen will be obvious and will show up as dead pixels or other artifacts. i know when lcd screens first hit they did not protect them as well and it was not too hard to hurt them. but it was always obvious as it showed on the screen somewhere.

i don't think you damaged it or made it "less than perfect" by doing that once or twice. if you can push on the screen and see it discolor, then the screen itself is not protected very well and i'd look into a case that covers the screen to give it an added bit of strength. otherwise, just be aware and not put a ton of force on the screen from here out and it should be fine.

i am not familiar with that particular phone model but reviews i looked up did not say anything about the screen being unprotected or prone to damage. has similar glass as most other phones in that price range. should be fine unless you are seeing actual screen artifacts.

Thank you so much for invested time on this topic and useful information! I've never had such useful help from forums. You made me to no more worry about this little problem which was only in my head. :) Also I wasn't added such a big pressure on it like it was actually nothing. My P9 is still stunning specially with new blue color. :)
Thank you again and good luck on further problem solving! 😉
Bye!
