Too High Temp?

After overclocking my CPU on full load, after about 15 minutes it top of my case (where the CPU fans blow) it feels my hands burn when I touch it. Is this too hot?

hands about to burn means a lot of heat...
be specific about whether this heating is caused by the gpu or the cpu...i the gpu is hot then undo the overclocking if any....
if the cpu temps are soaring then remove the cpu heatsink and reapply thermal paste....
this should do the trick......

The thing is that it's blowing every inch of air running on a heatsink cooling a 4.2GHz spaceheater (the 8120) right at me.
While during the process putting my CPU to it's max temp after 10 min on full load.
