Too high temperature?

Hi.
I just checked the temperature of my CPU and it's about 45 up to 62 deegres C.

My CPU is: Intel Core i5 4440

Should I change thermal paste or what?
Looking for some help.

You have nothing to worry about, these are normal temperatures, Haswell CPUs are a bit heaty.

Which software are you using to monitor the temps?

CPU Thermometer.

I seen first time these temperatures while I was in BIOS setting up some configuration, and then I saw this temperature which worried me that's why I have downloaded third paty software to check if it's that high.
