Too hot, what are my options?

Specifications of New Build:

i7 950 (Overclocked to 4GHz)
Gigabyte X58-USB3
Corsair XMS3 6GB (3x2GB)
Sapphire HD6870 1GB
OCZ Fatal1ty 550W PSU
Corsair A50 HSF
Coolermaster HAF922 Case

Under full load the temperatures of the i7 exceed 70 degrees.
Install more fans via 3 pin splitters? (all 4 connectors on motherboard taken)
Reapply thermal paste?
Resort to liquid cooling?

Thanks for the response. Your suggestions look good, however, I think I am going to go with the Noctua NH-D14, as it appears to be the best HSF available at this time.
That is unless anyone on here can suggest a better one?

Hyper 212+ and Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste is the best option when you're on a budget.

Your MoBo has 3 fan pins? seriously? mine has only one for CPU and another for case fan.

My mobo has 4. 1 cpufan and 3 sysfans, I have 2 200mm case fans and a 140mm exhaust, in addition to the A50 fan. Its a good thing Noctuas come with a y splitter. Budget HSF's are no good to me with this OC, i'm gonna need the noctua to get my cpu temps down to low 60's under load (i hope)
