Too hot while playing GTA 5

Specs:i3 4030U 1.9GHz
RAM:4G
GRAPHIC CARD:Nvidia 830M 2GB

Lately after the release of GTA 5..I'm playing in the least possible specs and my laptop is becoming too hot.

By using RealTemp software it measured around 65-67C...
The vent is really hot and I use a normal zebronic cooling fan bottom of laptop.

Are the temperatures normal or high?

Just now again I tested it using speccy in that it showed a constant of 57-58.played for 45min first it was 63C later constant at 57-58C.

No smell is coming out but when I keep my nose at the laptop side fan vent and smell it...burning type smell is coming out.
Is my laptop at risk?

Definetly It's A Case Of Overheating...You Must Not Play Until You Get A New Cooler For It..
