[SOLVED] Too hot?

Case: td500 mesh
Fans: three intakes, two exhaust fans on rad, one exhaust fan on rear
Graphics Card: XFX Radeon Rx580 GTS Black Edition

Problem:
While playing Need For Speed Heat, I noticed that my gpu temps reach 78c while running at 86% fan speed, is this an issue? My case seems fine, it seems that I have a sufficient amount of fans, is my card model just really hot?

Amateur numbers.
My R9 380 gets to 88C when im in the garage.Repasted several times btw xD

Your card is not overheating,its operating in normal temperature considering what card it is.
