Too many Background Process

Hi,
Recently I have been having trouble with my Windows 10 laptop. I have found out that I am running way too many processes, so I have tried getting rid of some, but they just come back. Is there some way I can disable them without them just coming back as they please?
Please help me I am getting sick of this.

which processes are you trying to stop? processes can be set to run automatically or only when needed, but if they needed for windows to work they likely to just restart again

I am trying to stop things like Cortana, Smart Audio, and the camera and anything else that is not needed to run the computer.

Cortana is a pain as since build 1607 came out its difficult to stop it. One way is to run a local account as it doesn't work with them unless you like it to your Microsoft account
