too many proccesses

I need help with my running services and processor running too many things in background. it will idle and be at 50 percent usage.

Without details about what is running, what is using the CPU or RAM and system specs no way to help. Post some details about the system, when the issue started, full specs, what you tried already if anything, what is running, what is using up the most RAM/CPU in performance monitor, etc..
