[SOLVED] too many threads and handles???

So I've noticed that my cpu has at least 1600 threads and 61890 handles when using a browser, is this normal?

my cpu is intel core i3 8100 and should I enable all processors on in msconfig?

with Toms open and vlc playing I've got
1238 threads and 47046 handles.
looks normal to me.
