Too Many USB Devices require direct connection to motherboard...

I have an ASUS Maximus Hero IX Motherboard which only has a single onboard USB 2.0 (Which was just fine until I needed a Bluetooth card). I bought an NZXT USB Expansion for my things like my case ports, but that doesn't work with the BT Card because it is not "directly into the motherboard." Does anybody have a possible workaround or another way that I can get Bluetooth?

a simple usb bluetooth dongle for 2-10$ will do the job.
where did you find that BT card that needs connection to MB.

A USB dongle should work perfectly fine off of a USB hub if you're out of motherboard ports. USB3 ports also support USB2 (the two standards operate on completely different wire pairs) so any available port should be fine. Even type-C ports would be ok, just need an A-to-C adapter.
