I have too many Visual C++ Redistributable with the same name, is there a reason behind this?
If I delete one (with an early date) and leave one with the same name (but installed later date), will that effect my pc in a negative way?

There is a reason.

Those packages are usually freeze-frames of code libraries that an application references when it runs. The reason you have so many is because most applications are keyed to a very specific version to ensure that it has everything they expect to be there - everyone has a bunch of these, rest assured. It's not a problem, it doesn't take too much space, you should leave them be.
