Does the fps return to normal if you put it back?

What is your case and what fans are you using.

My guess is that something else is afoot.
Perhaps you dislodged the cpu cooler in the process and it is no longer cooling effectively.

because it was too loud.When i put it back in it becomes normal.My case is Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case but for my rear exhaust fan im using Coole master blade master 120 fan.
