Tool that makes screenshots from a video

Hi!
I am looking for a tool, that makes me some screenshots (or
frameshots) from the videos (all DivX) in a folder and assamble them
in one bitmap. Let's say 4 frames for every video in one bitmap. And
this has to work automatically.
Everyone knows such a tool?

WinDVD will allow you to take the frame shots then you can use a graphics
program such as Thumbs Plus to create an index of the shots & save as a BMP
file.
