If the toolbar has moved from the bottom to either the
top or to the side of the screen. How do you put it back
on the bottom of the screen?

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it. Be sure to click *within* it, not
on the edge; clicking on the edge and dragging will resize it

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.

Right-click on the Taskbar and click on "Lock the Taskbar"
to unlock it. Then use your mouse to place the mouse pointer
on the Taskbar, press the left mouse key and drag the Taskbar
to the bottom of the desktop screen. Afterward, go back and
right-click on the Taskbar and click on "Lock the Taskbar"
to lock it in place.

Hi, Edward.

Drag'n'drop...

Put your mouse over the taskbar, hold down the button while you drag the
Taskbar to whichever side you like, then release the button.

Couple of things could keep this from working right. First, you might have
to uncheck Lock the taskbar. Second, it's not hard to accidentally change
the size of the Taskbar; if that happens, just use the usual resizing
technique of hovering your mouse over the edge of the Taskbar until the
double-headed arrow appears, then drag the edge to the size you want.

If you still have problems, post back with details of what you did and what
you saw.

Put your cursor in an empty portion of the toolbar and right click
and hold the button down drag the toolbar wherever you you like it to be.

Hi

Try dragging back to the bottom of the screen with the left mouse button. When it's there, right-click it and select 'Lock the Taskbar'.
