Tools for first time petg experience

So I am going to try watercooling for the first time with my new build (please don't let me nuke everything by doing it wrong and getting it wet!) and I am looking for some basic help on what I need other than the EKWB L360 kit I am planning to start with.

Oh, and thoughts on clear tubing with the yellow coolant in a case with blue led fans??? Will the coolant still appear yellow do you think or is the blue led light going to turn it a green color???

Having a hell of a time finding the EKWB L360. The last one went at my local store tonight it looks like. Sold out at EKWB. Newegg doesn't have them. Partpicker doesn't seem to find it. GRRR.
