Question Tools/Software to test my 8+ years old HDDs -- trying HD Tune ?

Need to test my 2hdds
Wd 1tb - 7200 RPM sata
Kingston 480 gb - ADATA ssd

I am at present trying with HD tune.
(not sure how to use this tool to diagnose hdd health and whether same requires replacement)
Running benchmark which appears on first screen.
Waiting for results.

My 1 tb drive has become slow.
I want to check test same for problems..

Unless it is slow due to being too full, there is rarely a "fix" for a slow HDD.

It has around 150 gb free..

It went slow in past 6 months time, when I had lit of issues with old pc and pc unexpectedly rebooted it shut down 100s of time.

I have a cloud backup of everything..

It will mostly be used to store data/archive.
Specially family videos photos (accounting to 600 gb +these video content is accessed by my grandparents daily for hours via vlc on 60 inch tv)

Well, the benchmark doesn't actually reveal any anomalities regarding performing, it looks just fine (the benchmark test is not suitable in order to assess the health/aging of a harddrive)

It is the health, or so called s.m.a.r.t. data that is actually of interest in this case.
