I was just wondering if my top exhaust fan can really cool my rig because when I hover my hand on top of my top exhaust, I just can't feel any air going out so I thought of coming here and maybe you guyz can help me out. Four of the fans are deepcool xfan cuz I love hydro bearings plus it's very cheap and gives a generous amount of CFM (though i still want to buy cougar vortex). Maybe if I change my top to intake and place it farther from this giant tower cooler to the right most vent then will I be able to cool my rig better? or nah? or just remove the top exhaust fan? http://2.1m.yt/hb88kRV.jpg

Solution
Leave it in as exhaust. You might not feel it but air is usually blowing and the natural convection upwards would be hindered by making it an intake.

Can I decrease my temps by buying 2 high cfm case fans like the cougars and slap it on the front as intakes for more positive pressure? (Pretty much near the center of the tropical zone so ambient temps. are above normal) Anyways these case fans are still temporary.

Top fan should always be exhaust since hotter air rises upwards.
If you want to feel the airflow then increase fan RPMs.

I wouldn't say that the Deepcool XFAN 120 gives generous amount of CFM.
43.56 CFM @ 1300 RPM, at best, it's medicore.

If you want a good AF (Air Flow) fan then look at Arctic F12 PWM.
specs: https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/arctic-f12-pwm.html
74 CFM @ 1350 RPM, that's what i call generous. With fluid dynamic bearing (aka hydro or rifle bearing).

It depends, what is your CPU and GPU temp under idle/load and what is your ambient temp? If you have high ambient temps you're going to have higher hardware temps too, no matter how many fans you have.

uhmmm.....thanks but it's really frustrating to look for branded case fans in the county that I live in though 🙁

my cpu idles at 35C and gpu at 36C (<3 MSI heatsinks). Ambient temp is @33C

Just buy them online.

From the right side, select "Ship to" and pick your country.

My 470 clocked at 1350 Mhz never goes up to 60C even in blender render. My i5 is hovering at 44C (also in blender render)
