Hi, i have two slots for 120mm fans left, but i confused how to set them, one side says as intake, another as exhaust, witch is right? i have 2 - Corsair SP120 green led fans as intake, and Noctua NF-S12A FLX fan on the back as exhaust fan, i think it wont be right to put top fans, one as intake, another as exhaust - because cpu cooler kinda sits in the middle of them. Here is photo of inside my case http://www33.zippyshare.com/v/3HCIbiuG/file.html sorry for bad cable management, did the best i could with that fat 24 pin mobo connector and also FAT usb 3.0 internal connector (when usb 2.0 connector is 6 times smaller)

Heat rises air should go in from the bottom out threw the top. I have two 120mm intake fans on the front, one 120mm intake fan on the bottom, one 120mm exhaust on the back , and one 120mm exhaust on the top. I like positive pressure I find it keeps more dust out so I always try to have more air coming in than is being exausted.

Like Dunlop0078, I like to have 'positive pressure' in my systems-more in than out-rather than 'negative pressure'-more out than in.
Not sure which CPU cooler you have there, but my old Hyper 212 Plus had the same configuration and didn't like having an exhaust fan above its fan, which in your system would be the front roof location, adding one there increased the CPU temperatures a little so I'll suggest you add a single 120mm fan above the Noctua and block off the front roof location with a book or game box/DVD package.
And it doesn't particularly matter which you have; positive or negative pressure, what counts is that the air FLOWS, like USAFRet says: In the front/bottom, out the top/back.

Its CM Hyper 212 Evo with Noctua NF-F12 Industrial PPC 2000rpm fan pushing air toward the back, but i find it kinda dissapointing because with tx3 evo my temps was about ~36-40 idle with Hyper 212 evo tems stays at 40~42 idle even 212 Evo is bigger than TX3 Evo and should cool more with Noctua's fan having double the pressure/ air flow of original Cooler Master fan from Hyper 212 Evo...
