top mounted liquid cooler question

is it safe to mount a radiator to the top? dose it drip at all or anything?
it dose say "Clearance for top 240mm dual radiator for water cooling solutions"

im looking for a liquid cooling system to replace my stock fan + they look cool and just want to know how safe are they?

240mm AIO coolers like those are designed to be top-mounted, so don't worry about that. They're completely enclosed and shouldn't leak at all, but there's always some degree of risk, even if it's very small.
