Top Tips for First Time PC Builders?

I am building a PC for the first time in 12 days, and I want to know if anybody has some tips they would like to share. I'm not asking for suggestions on anything in particular, just on the overall process of building the pc and installing the OS in general. I would not like to have to learn these types of things the hard way :lol:

Resist the urge to fiddle with your components before building the PC! Some things may require a bit more force to plug in than you might expect, they all slot into place in the end though. There are several video tutorials out there on YouTube if you require help.
