Question Topaz Video AI making my PC black & blue ?

GPU: ASrock Radeon RX 6750xt Challenger Pro 12g
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x (SAM is enabled)
RAM: 24gb
OS: Windows 10
Topaz Virsion: 4.0.9


I was trying to "upscale to 4k" one of my potrait gaming video (2160×3840) for YouTube short, which was already exported from premiere pro. The video is of only 30 seconds, and topaz was taking 53 mins to complete the task 🥲.

Before pressing the export, i didn't press the "preview" button. And during the process my PC automatically restarts, and sometimes gets me that BSOD blue screen.

Is my PC that weak to run topaz?

Sounds like a heat and/or power issue. What are your CPU and GPU operating temperatures at idle and under load?

What is the make/model of your PSU (power supply)?

Are you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

Under load it was 70°c.....and yes im using a 500 watt white lebel psu 🥲

That PSU may be the issue. Failing under heavy sustained load.
