Topgun ver. 1.2

Having trouble IDing my Mobo. It's labeled a Topgun ver. 1.2 with TXPro chipset and AMIBIOS release 11/26/97 S. BIOS ID is 51-0505-001437-00111111-071595-M1531/43-001_10-H. From this I have found out that this is a PCChips Mfg. It has 5 PCI, 3 ISA, 4 SIMM, 3 DIMM and 512K L2 cache. I think it is a M565. I want to upgrade the BIOS. Any help will be appreciated.

According to <A HREF="http://www.motherboards.org/moboidtools.html?filter=partnum" target="_new">Motherboard Homeworld</A> It is an PC Chips motherboard. But I did not see model#M565 listed on there site. Good luck.
