[SOLVED] Topi ransomware/virus issue : Need Decryptor

My files got infected and changed thier extension names to .topi

I want to change it back to normal.

but there is no "Topi Decryptor" working .

I dont want to format it.


Troubleshoot Done :

1.Cleaned it with Malwarebytes,
Since It cannot be removed with my system restore :

it was removed. but the files that got infected are corrupted with the topi


2. Tried to change the file name extension :

not working or playing.


3. Finding a Decrytpor

Ransomeware viruses usually use pretty high level of encryption, so even if there is a "decryptor" out here, it will use years to decrypt your files. Though there is some ransomware viruses that have been broken, Topi does not seem to be one of them.

Solution is just to delete and forget.

Backup your important files that are not infected. Download a legit windows image and do a full wipe.

.Topi is a STOP (DJVU) variant

You can back up the files somewhere and hope a decrypter becomes available.
No currently known freeware decryptor.
