Topower TOP-650PM vs. Sentey BRP600

my old psu died and i have these two options for replacement right now.
not sure which one is better, i hate loud psu`s and im not sure wheter to keep one of these or wait a week and buy a XFX500wXT for 65$ us

Sys specs: i5 6500 - gtx950 - 16gb ram - 1ssd - 2hdd - 4 case fans
