2ndly, a Vizio which is almost 100$ cheaper, but am shakey about taking it.

Any advice will be great guys,
PS i will be using this for gaming off my comp thanks.

Update: will be both watching movies in 3d and gaming in 3d i will be using an asus r7870 2gb. thanks

Either should be fine for what you're using them for. You can arrange a side by side 3d which removes the need for 120Hz. 120Hz is for when you're looking at frame A for one eye and frame B for the other eye so that each eye can see 60 frames per second. These are polarized glasses so that each frame is on the screen at the same time. Chances are they are both 60Hz panels with 120Hz engines powering them. True 120Hz panels are still kind of expensive, and I don't believe any are 240 Hz right now, though I may be wrong on that.

I have a vizo 32 inch and it's just for watching tv. The res is 720p and the picture is great for the low price. I recommend the Vizio.
