Torn between mice!

Hi,

Wanted a gaming mouse from Logitech to go with my keyboard, but torn as to what to get. My hand width is 7.8cm, length 17.8cm. I use a palm grip. I wanted a Logitech g502 at first as my friend was praising it, but the weight seems too much. Is there any other Logitech mouse that would fit my size and grip with about the same functionality as the g502? Or is it good just to go with the g502?

Logitech MX Master 2 Wireless Mouse is great thing that's with me for long time. Try it out.

the G502 has adjustable weights! so if its too heavy just remove a few weights. I personally would not get the MX master 2 mouse if you are going to be gaming as the G502 offers much more for gaming. I have an older G700S that I love being when I work I use it plugged in but when I game I use it wireless! one feature I have come to adore as its SO much nicer then the wire getting in the way when playing FPS and such. IF my one I have now were to die I would defenelty get the G903 logitech OR maybe the G502 if I couldn't stomach the extra cost to have the wireless / plug in support.

Yeah I knew about adjustable, but the weight was literally 120 grams without any added. Might go for G903 but the G502 has so many buttons s and that's whats useful.

Hi,

Wanted a good mouse for my setup, preferably steelseries or Logitech. Logitech g502 seems good, but way too heavy, steelseries rival 600 seems too big for me too even though it seems perfect. My hand size is 17.8x7.8cm. I use palm grip too.

Do any of you have any recommendations? (can be different companies)

The Logitech G403 is currently my preferred. Super light weight (enough that I got a mouse bungie), RGB, adjustable dpi, yada yada. I'd also look at Zowie mice, their super minimalist tho. So it doesn't have the high amount of buttons the G502 has, which same goes for the G403 as well. But Zowie has different sizes to their models.

What are you looking for in a mouse?

Just functionality like g502, but lighter. Apparently the steelseries rival 600 is good but apparently you need 20cm hands to aim properly with it.

The g403 has 2 buttons? I was thinking about the g402, but might go with the steelseries rival 600.

The G403 has two thumb buttons, left/right buttons and a wheel click button. I have a fairly wide hand and it fits me pretty well. If you need more than 5 buttons however it's not going to be the mouse for you.

Keep in mind the G502 is has adjustable weights, so I'd be surprised if you couldn't make it fit your needs for weight.

Without weights it's about 120g? That's the only real reason it's putting me off. The g403 isn't really going to be an option as I wanted at least 3 buttons on the side.

The only thing that has stopped me from buying the G903, is that the ergo's aren't even remotely similar to the G700s. Being that I already know the G700s is the ultimate mouse shape for me, it's a massive risk. It will more than likely end up in my box of brand new mice that I hate to use.

I would also second this notion that the Mx Master is not for gaming. At least if you value Forward/Backward functionality, as the buttons are virtually inaccessible and/or extremely cumbersome to use. Which is a shame because the Master has half decent ergo's and clicking action.
