Hi Friends I am an Indian and live in New Delhi. I am about to build a gaming rig(from scratch) in 1-2 weeks. My aim is to play all the upcoming games i.e. Tomb Raider, SimCity, Bioshock Infinite, Crysis 3 which I havent bought yet, GTA 5, Watch Dogs, Star Wars 1313 and all the next-gen games at 1920x1080 resolution on ultra settings at 60+ FPS. My budget is rs. 100,000($1,822). I have finalised all the components, but I am torn between these three graphic cards :

ZOTAC NVIDIA AMP! Edition GeForce GTX 670 (ZT-60302-10P) 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

http://www.flipkart.com/zotac-nvid [...] 89afef2603

Price : rs. 30,000($547)

OR

ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 680 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

Price : rs. 36,000($655)

OR

Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7970 DDR5 Vapor-X 3 GB 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-hd-7970-ddr5-vapor-x-3-gb-gddr5-graphics-card/p/itmddqq4f84hpvch?pid=GRCDDQPH67G7EYJF&ref=cb548dcc-4049-4fc3-95c8-1e8d91f19f4b

Price : 34,500($628)

Please tell which is better value for money, this is the maximum I can go for a graphic card. This is the overall configuration :

Processor : Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1155 Core i5 3570K Processor
Motherboard : ASRock Z77 Pro 3 Motherboard
RAM : Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R)
PSU : Corsair CMPSU-1200 AXUK 1200 Watts PSU
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler
Case : Bitfenix Outlaw APAC Edition
Monitor : Samsung 21.5 inch LED - S22B370H Monitor

Bonus Question : I plan to Overclock both CPU and GPU to 4.5 and 1.3 Ghz respectively, is it achievable with my Cooler and Motherboard ? because I have doubts on this.

Any opinions would be welcome !! I am not biased towards either Red or Green Team. Thanks in Advance !!

if you can spend that then go for the 7970, that's my opinion i prefer having 3gb of video ram, even the 7950 is a great choice, still has 3gb of Vram, and is a very nice overclocker, i have a 7950 so im telling you from personal experience, the nvidia counterparts are very nice options too, if you can go for the 7970 or the gtx 680 any of those will run the games maxed out or at least with some AA

Well the thing is with overclocking there no guarantees it's luck of the draw. The Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 and the AMD Radeon HD 7950. They offer performance that is nearly as good as that of the high-end models, but at a more modest price. If you stick with a 1080p or 1920 by 1200 display with one of these cards, you should be in good shape. All are good buy the cheapest one.

All those 3 cards perform similar ingame.Zotac gtx 670 amp is the best value card there. Its a OC card and performs on par with gtx 680.
And since you are from india OC will be hard for you cos of high ambient temp.So get the card which gives you best performance at stock speed.

And I boubt that you could OC that much (GPU is possible with very good cooling (direct CUII is on a line) and luck). OCing is like a lotery. Not every waffer is capable of 4,5GHz. Some can do it to 4 some to 8 (very very very... ... very rare). CPU cooling is about good but it depends again.
