Hey guys, I am currently in the process of getting ready to build a gaming rig but I'm torn between two builds:

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/tommyturner12/saved/4N9e

I'm on a $2000 budget, and both of the builds INCLUDE OS, Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse. Both builds are similar yet different. Each build features 8GB RAM, Intel i7-4770K, ASUS Z97 Board, 240GB SSD, 2TB HDD, Rosewill Thor V2 Case, Optical Drive, Windows 8.1, and same monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

In my first build, I have a 780 Ti Twin Frozr 3GB that is cooled by a Hyper 212 EVO with an Intel i7-4770K with an 850W 80+ Gold Certified power supply. It costs approximately $2017.77 USD. What I like is that it features a 780 Ti, which I'll use for a dual monitor upgrade in the future. Any suggestions on how to improve? Maybe water cooling? More RAM (Video Editing)?

My second build features a r9 290 PCS+ Edition. Most people overlook this card, but this card outperforms the GTX 780 and r9 290x overcooked, and if kept cool, can compare to a 780 Ti, just not as advanced. The PCS+ version comes with 3 fans to optimize cooling, and most people don't know that this card becomes a BEAST if water cooled. So that's why I chose the CM Eisberg 240L liquid cooling system, which is an amazing cooling system. I chose the 850W again to ready my system for Crossfire. It costs approximately $1973.82 USD. Any suggestions? How can I improve? More RAM? Better SSD? Thanks!

Finally, what system will be quietest, coolest, and most importantly: Most dominant? They are both amazing systems in my opinion, and it took me a few hours to make a compatible monster system. So what do you guys think? Which one is best?

I'd say the one with the 780 Ti is better. I would also suggest switching out the PSU. If it were me, I'm more comfortable with Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic PSUs. I've had no experience with EVGA but they seem good, too.

SR-71 Blackbird- First, I LOVE that name XD But thanks man, I put some time into making this build and had to put some effort into it. Thanks for the compliment 😀
Jhact- Thanks for the tip man, honestly I don't really like Corsair too much. Eh, we all have our thoughts and agreements, I guess. I guess I'm going with SeaSonic then 😛

Thank you both for the quick responses, it helped alot. I'm not too experienced with PC's though, I'm only 12 years old :)
