Torn between two computers?

I'm looking to buy a gaming computer, and I was wondering if the computer with a processor speed of 3.6 GHz, would be noticeably faster than the other at 3.0 GHz?

clock speed really has little to do in todays computers on what is "faster".

Which one do you recommend? Keep in mind that i only really care about performance and only could afford one of these two computers.

The video card on those systems sucks. You'd probably be able to play play games at low res, low settings, maybe. It's not a gaming card in any sense of the word.
