Good question! I'm not certain if your board supports the 533 bus Northwoods or not. You certainly could use a 400 bus Northwood, which are easily available to 2.4GHz, with a few 2.6GHz and very few 2.8GHz versions.

You have to make certain you know what you're getting, there are at least 3 versions of the P4 2.4, only one of them has the 400 bus.
