Toshiba 1TB External Hard Drive

My computer/laptop no longer recognizes my Toshiba External hard Drive. I have tried uninstalling it and changing the path, but it just keeps saying 'not accessible'. BUT it works when I plug it in my Smart TV!?

try to connect ur External-HDD in other system and Run "disk diagnostic" tool or use "Crystal clear Disk Info"
